Anyone had any experience with these. Seems the dur is rather low but the bonuses can be rather large. I have noticed a larger intrest in specality foods so im curious to know if anyone else has tested these out.

Well out of the two healing efficiency foods, citros snow cake seems a lot more viable due to the much lower filling/longer duration han what thakitillo has. I can't remember the stats (+40 Healing Eff or so). I tested this food out with a friend and it bumped his heals from 650 to 1050, (give or take20). However it only lasts 3 minutes at the cost of 28 filling, and so it is debatable if the cost is worth it.

I use and only aitha but I make all types

5 fill for +15-18 thats the way I go

i saw that drink i guess i will start makeing some up looks like people are looking more into the menus instead of hte run of the mill stuff now anyway
