Mitigation well... exo-protein should be about 27% mitigation for 20 seconds or so and 5 fill, so that's the best if you don't have much room in your tummy. Synthsteak should be 40-45%+ for between 35-40 seconds with a 27 fill or so.
So, guess it really depends on what you're looking for but those are the best two to use.
