You cant eat 2. Once you ate one, a timer starts, for 1 hour. If you try to take another one, will get a message you already under influence of..ble bla.

However, if you take the number of hits on the food, the buff is gone and you can take another one, if your stomach permits.

Oh, and another thing, the food doesnt stack with your armor.

When you take damage, the food takes effect first, and the rest of the damage goes to armor.

For example, lets say you using a 80% kinetic armor. And a 20% reduction food.

A mob hits you for 1000 damage. The food prevents 200 damage and 800 goes to armor.

The armor prevents 640 damage, and you only take 160 damage.

Now, if you only use armor, from 1000 damage the armor prevents 800 , and you only take 200.

So, to sum it up, 200 without food, 160 with food, thats only 4 % prevented by food.

However, this food is great for armor holes, for the diferent type of damage your armor doesnt have, not to mention i saw chefs making around 45% damage reduction.
