Pricing is very different between servers, just check what people charge at your server (per use and how much their buff is). Normal ones are ~200 and bio engineered ~400

Broad-spectrum Nutrients is the one most used for brandy (used to make medium nutrition additives)
you should be able to get around +400 or so using them and good ingredients
non enhanced should be around +200
price is chef/server dependant

*sigh* what are they called in vendors? Like what type of items? I need to make some Brandy, and don't know where to get these items....
