Whats your best focus food? something better than 3 quanity???

using +120 intelligent nononutrients
breath of heaven +1220 str/quick/focus
vagnerian canape +652 focus/will

here's your options (all stats without BE additive):
Ahrisa, food, +150-250 Focus, 30-60m, quantity 3 or 4 (although 4 takes an awful lot of experimentation)
Vasarian Brandy, drink, +110-310 Mind/Focus/Willpower, 30-60m, quantity 6-10 with a small glass, 9-15 with large glass, 18-30 with cask
Vagnerian Canape, food, +225-375 Focus/Willpower, 8-18m, quantity 6 (not sure if you can get 7)
Breath of Heaven, drink, +350-675 strength/quickness/focus, 6-12m, quantity 2, 3 w/ large glass, 6 w/ cask.
