How many fillings is the Food and Drink lines in the "stomach"?

SometimesI find myselfwithout the effect, but stomach still full,etc.. How canone tell how long a fillling will last compared to the duration of the food/drinks effect?

As a meleeI used to run the Sunburns and Ryshcate combination, but now those are gone. I understand the new BoH can be made to last 10 minutes ca and 1500-2000 to str, quickness and focus? This last few weeks has been all Doc buffs, and I'm getting tired of it. I used to be able to work just fine with ryshcates and sunburns, but it seems to be a day in the apst now. Any suggestions on what to use as compensation? So farI got BoH and Won-Won as template, as my main HAM cost is health, then action and last mind.

What would a reasonable price for a crate[20ish] of Breath of Heaven, or WonWon be at?
