I have a person in my guild who is going to pick up novice chef tonight and he was asking questions about BE additives. Where to buy them, who makes them and are they important. If anyone can fill me in on additives or maybe tell me who I need to talk to, it would be great.

As for who to talk to, the short answer is: Bioengineers. They provide the tissues (food bio-component I think is how the additive schematic refers to them) that are rolled into an additive (made by the chef) to be included in food.
