Hiya,
I was reading a thread about Parwan Nutricake and someone said that you need different BE components to make the Additive rather than Broad Spectrum which I normally use. Can anyone clarify this?
Thanks in advance

Yep, a nutrition will just raise the HAM cost decrease, which doesnt matter with buffs.
What you are looking for is Multiisaccharide Tetramate, its a flavor additive, which increases the Recovery Bonus.
It doesnt have to be an uber one neither, if you have very niceFL resources. I was able to get my Parwan to 69 Recovery, so all I had to use was a 45additive to get to 100.

Nope, I have never used it anything else. Just to warn you though its 30 units of milk for each one, so 30k in milk for a full run.
Also, it uses 30 units of seeds, which I didnt know what seeds were, its just vegies. Why they couldnt say vegies i dunno.

seeds =veggies & fruit (so you can use tubers or berries or greens or flowers or...)

As I understand it, you don't need 100% recovery. 90% works fine, because you recover from being "tired" at the same time that the burst run ends.
