Isn't this in one of the stickies.

Okay you need to do soypro as a chef first. Have a friend with you. As you make the soypro have your friend eat it...it has no filling. The good thing is this way you get the usage xp for it which is better than the practice xp.

You want to work up the dessert line and eventually practice Kiwik Clisjo Swirl ( or however its spelled. ) In practice it gives 273 xp. That's what I did

Unless it's changed in the last couple of months, you should get usage xp just by eating the soypro yourself.

I'm capped on food crafting xp, so I can't double check myself, but it did work eating some dough.

And uxp only works with hand-crafted food, you don't get any for components (or food for that matter) made in a factory.

Sweet thanxs sciguys,so I should not do it on practice mode, and then craft like 20 and eat them all. How much xp should you get per eating one?

Medium additives require a component from a BE. Don't bother with these till you are ready to make a BE food to sell or use for yourself.

I crafted Soy Pro and ate it. I then got up to Paste Bread, and crafted it on practice, to finally reach The Kiwik Clisjo Swirl.

I like to craft and eat Protato instead of Soypro. It uses 25 resource units, and you can use the same vegetable in both slots.
