Yes im sure it is, but its not worth making
If you make 33 fill brandy you will have to replace the BroadSpectrum Nurtients with a BE additive made to reduce filling. This will take a lot of the nutrition value out of the brandy. Im geussing you could make 33 fill brandy with around 200 Mind Foc Will. So then you can eat 3 brandy for a total of 600 MFW, instead of 2 50 fill for around 860. I have never tried it, so that is a guess at the actual value.

Well, hitting 33 filling will require a filling additive like Okin said, so you're going to lose the buff power from the BSN.
In addition to that, the medium filling additive is probably only going to be a 27 bonus or so (and the filling tissue requires both domesticated meat and wild meat). So it reduces the food's filling to 73% of normal. 73% of 50 filling is only 36, so you'd have to spend 3 or 4experimentation points in filling to hit 33 even with the additive.
Spending the rest of your points in nutrition will get you roughly to +205 M/F/W for 35m or so. Compared to a +410, 40m brandy with 50 filling, I don't really think the tradeoff is worth it for people stacking multiple brandies. Even the fact that you can drink another earlier (15m for a fourth dose instead of 22m30s for a third) doesn't seem to help, because of the loss to the duration due to spending points in filling.
Now, if you're attempting this to stack more types of foods into the drink stomach (like Brandy + Accaragm + Garrmorl) for an interesting combo, it might have it's uses.

You cannot get below 35% without a filling add, trust me ive tried in every way possible with some VERY good stuff. I suppose maybe you could get 34 with perf berries and fruit but 34 or 35 isnt 33%. Find ways to make your power more and you duration longer, it will benefit you more in the longrun.
