The full range of additive bonuses are included at the bottom of the 'Food chart (for chefs)' link included in the "Read This" sticky. Generally, BEs can usually experiment the effectiveness into the mid-80s, so for the nutrition additives good numbers are:
Micronutrient Supplement: 55
Broad Spectrum Nutrient: 85
Intelligent Nanonutrients: 114/115
58/88/118 is probably the highest you'll see, although if your server gets a really good Dath Carni spawn (the most common meat available in high quantity due to Rancor hunts) and some really good flora (like 970+ in FL/OQ/PE), a BE might be able to hit 59/89/119.
Pricing is server dependent, although most BEs seem to charge (very roughly) 30-45k per crate of MNSs, 40-60k for BSNs, and 50-65k for INNs. For more relevent numbers, try checking your galaxy's trade boards, or lurk in the BE forum, and see if any BEs from your galaxy have a vendor waypoint in their sig. NancyJ (the BE correspondant) also has a "Vendor's list" sticky thread, with links to threads for each galaxy. Check the stores in there to get a feel for your galaxies pricing.
One last tip: due to our volume, chefs occasionally prefer to deal in schematics for the tissues, rather than the completed product. The chef brings the resources, the BE makes the schematic, the chef does the tissue run in his/her own factory. Schematic trading is a very touchy subject with BEs. Some despise the practice, some will trade for basically the profit they would've gotten if they made & sold the tissue crates themselves (roughly 100-250k for a 1000 run schematic), some will trade for much less.
If you decide to attempt this route, be very polite when contacting a BE about it, accept "No, I won't make it" as a final answer, and take any quoted price as non-negotiable. There has been a lot of bad blood between chefs and BEs, mostly caused by a relative minority of greedy hotheads on both sides. BEs aren't tissue-spewing NPCs, they're another human player trying to make an in-game living just like chefs, so treat them as such.

I was going to say something that might cause trouble, but I'll keep it simpler. You don't want to pay too much for additives, so as not to be ripped off. Fair enough, but remember if you try to pay too LITTLE, the BE will feel likewise. Maybe you can find an auction for some additives ... and look up what goes into them and consider how much the resources could be sold for as-is.
