is it possible to have +12 point chef with CA's and then +2 more points for Force Sensitive ?

Rather a FS question than a Chef specific one but oh well ...

actully it does do something. if u got fs exp crafting and you are in a research center and using bespin port you 99% will get amazing success and you will never get faulire even when u are not using bespin port

Actually, quite the reverse. (Assuming you meant FS rather than FC.) It's been clearly stated that the FS crafting experimentation bonus and the research center crafting bonus are NON-CUMULATIVE. It's an either/or arrangement.

The Force Experimentation bonus does not stack with a Research Center bonus, but since it is larger it is still useful even when in a Research Center (though admittedly the difference isn't huge).
