using 912/922 beans, 992/705 carn meat (PE/OQ), and 116 INN and the most i can hit is 24.95 =(
+25 chef ex, amazing successes, the works
am i doing something wrong or is 25 harder to hit than i expected?

+25 is a little tough to hit, with a 116 you need to reach roughly 91 or 92% experimentation in Nutrition. Are you capping out before that? Based on your resource stats, I think you're just short. A 117 additive (a little tougher to come across, but not too bad) would allow +25 easier. Or try to get slightly better vegetables. Even just 10 or 20 more in PE should put you over the top.

+25 bivoli isn't all that easy to make.
As sciguyCO wrote, i'd try getting hold of some vegetables with slightly better PE.... Or get 900+ on the OQ as well as the good PE you already got in the carnivore meat.
Getting hold of 117 tissues might be easier though, if there's some BE's on your server with high quality meat.
I actually use the exact same resources to make +25 bivoli, as my BE uses to make +117's. I just need 116 with my resources, but still..

That explains why I have such issues going above 23. Then again, is the difference between 23 and 25 that big? I mean I know that 25 is the demand for the serious gourmand, but is it that major?

took me FOREVER to get the +25 with 3 uses....i could always get the +25 but not with the 3 uses and people well they can be annoying and always complained. lol Oh well....i finally got it you will too.....

The difference is absolutely not big.
about 10-15 points from 24 to 25 on the buff, and i guess 20-30 from 23 to 25.
But problem is, Doctors won't buy the +23 stuff unless you sell it really cheap and advertise it good.
