Are there specific food/water that targets these areas? I can't find a master Chef on Bria anywhere to ask questions about food too. I am a Master Armorsmith and am looking to get a food vendor in my house to help with the encumbrence woe's of composite. Doctors buffs are awesome to fight in w/composite, but big problems with the blue stuff. Thanks in advance

You'll want to order "Ormachek" from a master chef or someone with Cooking 3/4 and entrees 2 that can make it and experiment it well.

Ormachek buffs Mind/Focus/Willpower all for 55 points BASE (without experimentation) for roughly 5 minutes.

Have them experiment on the quantity first, then duration. Most fighters, I've found, want more for their money and a longer duration, because they seem to forget to fill up again after a few minutes
