Ok how do I get it to work? I tried following the instructions but it seems to not work.

Not hijacking, but in case anyone else wonders about the value of these harvester kits I posted this in my trade forum:
Just FYI, so that you can determine what they may or may not be worth to you:
1 BER 13 flora uses 75 units of power/hour.
75 units x 24 hours/day = 1800 units of power per day.
1,500,000 (the going min. bid on these kits) / 1800 = 833.333 days
If you pay 1.5 million for one of these kits it's the same as buying enough power (at 1 cpu-from Silvarran) for 833 days. Granted, you can reuse the kit and stick them on different harvesters, but in just purchasing power, you can easily deposit the power to whichever harvester you'd like and you don't have to wait 2.2 years before it starts being a credit-saver.
