Hi Chefs!
I'm an entertainer and need a lot of Action to keep playing. What's the best food/drink to buff this stat, as well as the other Action related stats?

Hiya --
the most delicious drink to help you out while playing your instruments would be Tatooine Sunburn, which will add at least 1500 to your stamina. Stamina is the stat that controls the regeneration of your action bar. It lasts about six minutes per charge.
If you prefer something less indulgent and more common you could try Starshine Surprise which adds 85 to stamina.

Ok, I have a bit of ranting to do.
Nobody has ever had a problem with my action buffs when they were 10 minutes longer than the other ones. However due to the avian and Reactive I was able to find, I had 3 options for my action packs.
1) Make the action packs 1 hour longer than the others
2) Make the action packs 10 minutes shorter than the others
3) Use avian and reactive in the action pack.
Well numbers 1+3 seemed pointless, so I figure 10 minutes isn't really that bad of a difference.
Today I get an angry customer because the action buff is 10 minutes shorter, I tried to explain that the other options would either cost them more for a pack, or make the action buff 1 hour longer. They just didn't seem to understand and it frustrates me...

I used to make my action packs with decent resources but the feedback I received suggested that customers would prefer same stats/durations... so I went for using Avian in the end. Of course you can't make as many, and if you think about this from purely a money-making perspective, you're essentially going to make less money... however I figured I'm crafting for the customers not my bank balance, best to give them what they want - which is a consistent buff set.
Of course what suits one person will not necessarily suit the next... at the end of the day the customers aren't forced to buy your stock, so if they have bought it without checking it our first, well, bummer... but think about this from a business perspective: do you want to dictate what people should buy from you? I'd prefer to keep my trade, and word-of-mouth is a wonderful recommendation to have in the game, so although I might have to put in more work collecting avian... long term I think the business will be more popular therefore more successful.

Search high and low until you find an organic that matches your avian as close as possible.
Aieprema, Avian meat
OQ 969
PE 994
DR 698
Opero, Domesticated Oats.
OQ 966
PE 983
DR 696
In the end it was closer than I thought, and made packs with just a few seconds diffrent duration.
Btw, has anyone would one to match Pisro?

on starsider, i use the following resources for my buffsets
avian = ogam dath (985 oq/757pe/684dr)
reactive = meewhep (998oq/694dr)
using those and with subcomponents 22/17 abecs, 71p asds, 55 acrdm = 877 power at 11730 duration
my action resources are these
ydakla rori dom oats (993oq/941pe/518dr)
Auwot Talus water (995oq/849dr)
using same subcomponents = 914 power at 11700 duration only a 30 second difference

I find its alot easier to match action buffs if you use the same reactive gas as the other 5 packs in the action buff. Unless your real short on reactive, that is.

I make my action pack a lil different then the rest of my packs. I dont want to waste the avian meat. I use some 999 copper and some 1000 pe 983 oq wild meat and come up with 958 base for 12860 duration. My other packs come out 885 for 12636 so its real close.

I've been working on finding alternative resources to Craft my Action packs with, and I am finding it increasingly difficult to match Duration and Power.
I can get within 5 Power
But the closest I've been able to get to duration is 8 Minutes.
Is 8 minutes too much of a difference?
Thanks for your input.

No, actually 5 difference in power and only 8 difference in duration is not bad. To be honest, I think power doesnt have to be matched as long as its higher than on the other buffs, and duration within 8 min means the action buff will wear off while waiting in line for the next buff more than likely

I would agree that 8 minutes additional time isn't too much. AndI don't know that anyone you buff will ever complain aboutthe Action buffs being more powerful. Ask you why, sure. But not complain.Personally, as long as the power is higher, I think excess duration of 10 minutes or less is acceptable. I try to get mine to within a few minutes, and its always extremely impressive when someone can make the duration to within 1 minute (which I've seen). But I think you're in pretty good shape there.
