I sold brandy with those stats for quite a while with plenty of success.

That's pretty good for 10 points. It is possible to get +400 and 45 minutes with ten points (I do it myself), but does require pretty good fruits and berries, which can take time to gather.
You might try seeing what buff size you get with a 45m duration (probably in the 380s or 390s, depending on additive quality), and market both to see what sells. Although with my customers, it seems like +400 is a magic number that immediately bumps the amount of sales. +400 / 42m seems to sell out faster than +390 / 45. /shrug.
Put them on a vendor, check other chefs on your server for pricing guidelines (adjust for stat differences) and see how it goes.

well, i played about a bit and got: +407, 45 mins
That will sell.. no doubt. Nice work for a 10-pt chef.
Just get it above the +400 mark, and above 43:30 cap, so they are able to drink 2 new ones after the first 2 runs out.

That's a winner, right there. That brandy is definitely nice for a 10 pointer and you should be able to sell for close to what the 12 pointers are charging, since you're over 400 and over 45 minutes. Great job!

That'll sell... as soon as people find out that they get hit far less with it.
I stock 2 kinds:
55% dodge, 17:20 duration, 25% fill and 5 uses.
50% dodge, 22:56 duration, 25% fill and 5 uses.
