Got a special order for some but have no idea what numbers to shoot

for or if there is a needed plateau to reach so that it will work...kinda like havla.

Any help in this would greatly be appreciated.

Someone said to make it 99% or below or when you get hit you will just

incap again. Can someone verify this or add your own thoughts please. Before any

experimentation I am already at 112% so do I need to use different tissues.

From what I've heard, anything over 100 will automatically incap you as soon as you get up from the original incap (thats bad).If I were you, I'd use a BSN instead of a heavy nutrient and get it to just under 100 and put the rest of the points into filling
