Thread: Bivoli bug

My doctor/chef can't use bivoli any more cause it's saying Im already under the effects of it, yet when I buff someone there is no enhancement to it...
I've relogged 3 times and done 1 full scan, I've also tried dieing and then reviving and that didnt fix it either..
Any tips?

This is a known bug, that people have been talking about recently.
Its something to do that if you eat a bivoli on your jedi for example then you cannot eat one on your main for the rest of the day until restart (which are not happening so often now). Its a similar story with pikatta pie. This bug has not been confirmed form what i know, however i suggest you send a ticket into SOE and just hammer the nail as it were

Good luck on the ticket.
I might be able to speed things up for you:
a. Update drivers
b. Format your harddrive
c. Delete your char and start over.
Only c will work and you don't really want to do that, but that is the help you can expect. Now you don't need to wait four days for it.

For some reason i cant eat bivoli at all, havent been able to for two days . says cant eat food cuz im still under the influence of bivoli!!!
I know of one other guy with this problem which started the same time as mine did. we alone out there???

Please /bug it and report as much info as you can. We have been trying to identify the cause of this bug. It has been hard to track down since I have not been able to successfully repeat it.

Are you on the Chilastra server? The same thing happened to me two days ago. I reported it and by the next day it was fixed.

step 1 to resolve this: give me all your stuff
step 2: delete your character
step 3: make a new character
step 4: grind doctor
step 5: eat bivoli ....
seriously, that is the ONLY fullproof plan I know to fix this stupid bug. its been around for months, the cause: you probably LOGGED OUT while under the influence of bivoli. personally, i have probably 50 times with no problems, but for others, thats what causes it. you can either do what I said, MOST IMPORTANTLY STEP 1 (hehe j/k), or wait for your server to reset, which does not happen daily anymore.

talked with a CSR and they told me that it would probably work after server reset, and yup it did.... i can now eat bivoli and be happy !
