we haven't had a good BE vendor on Bria in quite some time. I'd suggest you make your own additives by purchasing schematics. The last time I toured BE vendors here's what I saw:
Tays'ti was understocked and seriously disorganized. there were no serial numbers or anything in the tissue names, and the crates were individually listed instead of bagged, so there was no way to tell if the "+86 BSN by Tays'ti" crates you were buying were even from the same run without individually examining each crate. There was also only one full run of BSN stocked. I emailed Tays regarding some of these issues at the time, so it may have improved since then.
Mos Nihil (sorry, forgot the name). Crap. Understocked, disorganized, overpriced, and low wuality (+82 BSNs).
And... that's it. I visited all the vendors wped on the BE board, every one of them was inactive. I visited all the BE vendors that had advertised on the Bria trade forum in the last few months, and the two I mentioned above were the only ones with so much as a run of BE tissues on them.

Really? I always find Mos Nihil to be wonderfully stocked. Maybe I always arrive just after re-stock lol

Stop that, you're depressing me
.
FWIW, I go to Daniela's in Mos Nihil. She has higher level tissues as well as some lower. The prices are quite high, though, as Ankor said. She is the only BE I know that makes full runs (40 crates) of tissues. The level of organization is decent, not the best, but better than the others that currently exist. I would become a BE myself, if I had the time, energy, and inclination. I don't, so I have to take a hit on tissues prices and choice of supplier.
/mourn loss of Itoh.

Just a comment, I know it's darn near impossible for tissue runs to stay long on my vendor. I'll place a run on the vendor and it'll sit for weeks. I'll place a second run and both are gone by the end of the day. I think the density acts as an attraction. Oddly enough, while I've had several chefs try to get bulk arrangements, I've never had one ask me to let them know when I place stock on my vendor.
