Well I have been only combat professions since I started the game some time ago. With my Jedi nearing completion and being all the charactor I need for combat fun. Plus doctor buffing not being a viable way to make money I thought it was time I gave up my swordsman doc for something else. I think I will enjoy the crafting side and thought now with the respec it would bea good time to switch. I was primarily looking to make stims, Combat Meds, and foods.

I was thinking Master Chef, Master BE, 4434 Artisan, 0004Medic and 0040 Scout. What do you guys think?

Master Chef and Master BE compliment each very well. One point though, wasn't the 0040 scout requirement dropped for BE? Or did they add it back in? If its not required anymore, i would suggest picking up tailor 0200, you can then make trims need for Casks, the primary drink container.

Just a word of warning, if you intent to become a serious high volume crafter, you may be spreading yourself too thin, as it takes alot of work to maintain just one crafting proffesion, let alone 3.

Good luck with crafting, starting out is difficult, but if you work hard enough its very worthwhile.

Hey, I appreciate the quick reply. About the scout, I am not sure the skills calculator I am using may be out of date but I will take the tailer if I dont need scout. And about spreading myself to thin. I couldnt agree more. The number of things you can craft is amazing. I will try to specialize in 1 or 2 things to start off with and increase as I get the hang of it.

As far as getting started I think I am off to a half decent start since I have money left over when I was buff doctor. When I am buying tools and crafting stations, Is the quality that important? I have access to some +35 crafting stations, but have seen them as high as 42. Was wondering are the Higher ones that much better?

Also since the CU, Whats the consensus on clothing attachments? My charactor is Zabrek so he doesnt have experimentation bonus's.

What attachments will I need to craft Chef food, and BE meds? is it + to experimentation or + to assembly?

I really dont know how you guys do it.. Crafting is so involved lol.. this is going to be fun!

Don't know, but it still shows up in both Scout and BE as requirement.
