Chef Archive

Hello, I recently have made my second character a chef and am raring to get stuck in and selling foods. But before I do id like to get a lot of resources together to enable me to start churning food out constantly so I was wondering which resources should I get hold of in large amounts? And also if anyone can offer any other advice for a budding chef would be welcomed.

Well almost all foods were revamped with the CU 2 weeks ago, not sure if anyone knows just yet what will really sell well for a long time (Ahrisa for example took a while till it was really popular, last time, and in return Canape got sold less), and therefor not sure what you need.

Thanks for the help, and I have been looking over the FAQ which I have to say is very well done and informative. But right now I have an oppurtunity to trade with my friend and recieve resources and it would really help if I could get some more info on what is used in almost every food so I can start collecting it, im guessing the foods are made up of similar thigns to the components? Actually they did a good job of spreading the recipies around. There isnt any 'master resources' that go into just about everything. Berries and fruits go into some of the better stuff, all the vegtables get some face time in recipes. Meats, Hides, Milk, Bone, Wood, and chemicals play a role too. Sorry to not be much help, but the recpies are all over the map resource wise.

Thanks for the info. I spent the last few hours going over the stickys and posts and have got a much clearer view of what to do, raring to get stuck in and selling now
