But the description on the food is a little misleading. First, it has a duration listed (and it can be experimented on), but the food only lasts until the next time you stim.

It seems to also reduce the stim wait time of any current cooldown by 30 seconds, but it's been hard to test it thoroughly. But here's how I think that part works:say you stimmed yourself, then found yourself needing another after only 30 seconds. If you drink a Bliel, it removes the current wait time to zero, and reduces the wait time of the next stim to 30 seconds. So if you use it like that (and my testing is right), you are essentially able to take three stims in one minute (first stim, second stim 30s later, third stim 30s after that).
