hi.

do you chefs use shellfish? what do you pay for high quality stuff?

With the food/drinksI make.. I use no shellfish.. although I only make about 7-8 different items.

But im almost 89% sure nothing calls for shellfish

I'm 100% sure nothing calls for shellfish.

We can use shellfish in recipes calling for just "meat", but since we generally work with large factory runs, the difficulty in getting a large stack of shellfish just doesn't make it worth it.

I'm pretty sure BEs still specifically need shellfish, either in pet stims or in tailor tissues.

Hmm, BE has nothing that calls for shellfish either. I guess it is just useless.

I think the BE's that use it do so because it is easily obtained.

You can macro a few thousand units of shellfish with minimal time investment .. it sucks having to continually stack everything together but it's much safer than trying to hunt for your meat and definitely cheaper than buying meat.
