Hello, I am a brand new Master rifleman on corbantis. Recently I've been playing with my new rifle and skills and noticed that my action bar is empty after killing one enemy. I am curious what the best food is to boost my action regeneration rate.

It seems to be bugged, you can eat all spices and all foods and don't regen faster :/

I am not sure but yes you might be correct about that. I have not seen much difference when having full buffs than without. But really need to test this.

I'll leave speculating about what works to those with combat abilites
What is "best" depends what you want. DO you want a large burst that has high fill and short duration, something with smaller regen but lasts a lot longer or something in between? Do you want food that also gives a bonus to health, health regen or mind regen? Do you prefer a drink or food? It's fine to say it doesn't matter on some of these but as you can see, you have choices and your preferences will determine what is best for you.

I just did some tests:
From empty action bar to full again, it needed 35 seconds standing.
Eating Tetier Noodles (+100 Action regen) and Blop Candy (+174) it barely made a difference that was noticeable. Something like 33 or 34 seconds.
Then I got a Doc buff (10% Action Regen) and it took 31 seconds from empty to full.
Don't really think it makes any difference in combat.

Thats interesting cause I am noticing a big difference between action regen with foods and without I am soloing nightsisters done hundreds of them in the last dew days without food my action bar is near zero most of the time, with food it is almost always 3/4. I will check again and post what food I was using at the time when I am sure.

The doc ation buff desription is this: "Improved Endorphin Injection This enhancement to the Endorphin Injection ability grants a larger amount of Action enhanced as well as a small boost to Action regeneration rate."
Either this description is wrong or there are actually two action stats. One is the action pool and the other is regeneration, just like health. Some food might buff the pool and not the regeneration, that would make the pool taking longer to regenerate with the same action regeneratioon or maybe about same/slightly faster with action regeneration buffed.
Need some explanation from devs how this really works

Noone knows what really gets enhanced.
One possibility: It might be that "Action Regen" is actually 2 stat buffs. One to the action pool and one to the action regen rate.
This would explain why even with a buff you don't regenerate faster from empty to full, because you do regenerate more, but you also have to regenerate a greater pool.
That the Character sheet just shows you 0% to 100% does not really help that much with analysing that. I'll try a few more things.

My alt is a rifleman I dont know about the regen of an empty bar but I do notice that stacking spice and food my action doesnt DRAIN as fast. Am I comparing apples to oranges?

Hmmm.... If the food buffed the action bar, it would take longer to drain, and the food reducing regen time would make it seem liek the same amount of time regenerating but it could be like going from 0 to 100 with no "speed boost" and doing 0-150 "with a speed boost" so it seemed like it took the same amount of time but really that was because there was more action that needed regenerating...
Sorry if I sound incomprehensible :/
