The Intelligent nano's are a Nutrient additive, so it will add to the Nutrition level. Carbocalorie's are for lower filling. So if you use a Carbocalorie nutrient you will get no nutrient bonus, it's one or the other. Then of course there's the Flavor additives and Quantity ones, but I doubt anyone would ever bother with the Quantity add's... The filling additives can be nice for some things maybe, but they don't seem to come out with as much power as the others, so it doesn't lower the filling as much as I'd like. But in some cases it works out better than using a Flavor additive, it just depends on what you're making. I tested out the different add's on Brandy and Accarragm, and using a Flavor additive seems to make it easier to hit 15m /< 50Fill so you can have a constant buff. With the filling additive, it didnt seem to affect it as much as I wanted.

It's really all about preference. If you want to be able to stack a ton of food/drink all at once for a short duration, say 7-10 minutes, then you can get a lot of food in if you use filling additives. But if you want to be able to have a set of food/drink that you have in your system at all times, the Flavor additives are the best way to go.

To make it easier to see what is going on, just make your food with no additives, and that will be your base. Now if you add a nutrient additive, it will boost the Nutrition level. If you use a Low Filling additive, it lowers filling obviously. A Flavor additive will increase the duration. Which ever additive you use, the other stats will still be the same as your base food with no additive.
