Ok last noob question I promise!!
Right well I am all set to go, I ahve been making trim and other subcomponents liek they are going out of fashion ready while I've been waiting for some bloomin BE tissues and then I found out froma Tailor (also Master Tailor) that the ingredients with the BE tissues could be grind quality as it was just the BE tissues that mattered. Is this the same for Chefs as well? Don't want to waste my good water on something that doesn't matter....

You are correct.....use any quality water when turning the BE tissues into chef components.

Cheers dude. Good job I hadn't gotten my tissues yesterday as I'd have wasted some mighty fine water!!
