A few quick questions.

Wedding Cake, has it been fixed yet, as in it gives the buffs it's supposed to?

Where or how do you tell how long a buff lasts?

Any Chefs on bloodfin?

How many chefs are there in the entire SW Galaxy?

my guess is there are 60 to 80 chefs, all together.

I doubt they have fixed the wedding cake yet. It would be listed in hotfixes somewhere.

You can examine the food. It will say something like Mind +50 60s or something like that. The s is for seconds, so that would be 1 minutes.

oh and I dont know how many are just part-time chef's or full time chefs. That would make a difference as far as visibility in the server.

In addition to Mafi, I know of a few more chefs on Bloodfin (these are from memory, sorry if I misspell!):

Sembel: Has a shop south of Coronet
Fisher Spooner: Has a shop near Tyrena
Peter-Lawford: Endor based, I believe
Versacce: Don't know the location
Thrombus Wavemaker: Woohoo! I just made novice chef; no shop as of yet. I hang near Tyrena, usually. Any merchants who would like to sell my meager wares, let me know.

We're out there, we're just hard to find; we're usually in the kitchen baking a few thousand loaves of Wastril Bread :-)

I'll have you know I'm done making Wastril Bread for the moment (in game name is sembel, btw). I've moved on up to Ithorian Mist, LOL.

Grinding is going much faster though, as long as you have the resources, plus it gives a proper 2:1 ratio. I made cooking 1 last night, looking to hit part 2 once I get another few thousand wheat and corn (my wheat spot just dried up, boo).
