Hello, I'm a fisherman. How much should I sell fish for and what else can I do with fish?

I've seen neato fish trophies in people's houses, try dropping a pile on the floor and see if it looks like a fish....

I doubt you'll get much money for fish, as a chef would probably only buy them for the novelty of it. Basically, almost all chef buffs are worthless, so since we can't sell our stuff for anything, we can't really pay anything for the ingredients. Off the top of my head, I can't even think of which ones call for fish.
