...if a food factory is vital in starting bussiness...i am afraid to use one cause i hear that the maintenance is deadly...and they have some bugs also..
So i need opinions from more experienced Chefs out there...
Thanks in advance

If you want to make the big bucks, and you have the resources to make large quantities of resources, use a fact. Maintenance isn't that bad.

agree, it isnt that bad and the money that you can make using one outweighs that maintanence.

I suggest also using a friend's lots as well. I really like to go all out and put all my eggs in one basket, so Im running 8 food/chem factories. If I could get my hands on more resources Id gladly run 20 food/chem factories but Id just run out of resources too easily. So yes factories, factories, factories.

The only bugs I've come across is the incorrectly displayed power that you also get with harvesters. Well, there's also the lack of xp from factories (and I'm not sure if this is intended or not), but as a new Master you won't have to worry about that.
At a minimum, factories are vital for components. The higher level foods generally have one or two "identical component" slots. Angerian requires 2 identical aludians, BoH has two slots, each requiring 3 identical alcohols, Flameout requires 4 identical sollustan gin, Vercupti 2 identical dough. Identical means that they were made in the same factory run, even if you hand-make two aludians from the same resources and experiment them to the exact same point, you can't put them into an Angerian recipe.
Plus, a large portion of your customers are going to want to buy factory crates. This way they can carry 25x the amount they could in single stacks, since crates only take up one inventory slot. If you're going to start with bazaar sales, this may not be such a big concern for you until you get a vendor.

The answer is yes, a factory is vital. But if you plan to be a notable chef on your server the price or them will be almost nothing in comparison to what you will spend/make. Considering my first run of Fishak netted me 1 mill (it was priced far lower than you can fetch on Bria), the 438k it takes to pay maintainance on a factory for a YEAR is nothing. Besides without at least one factory, you can not make the best foods. They require identical components in many cases.

Factories have some known problems pulling too many or too little resources for a run, but this is a small occurance and is usually a pretty small error % wise.
Factories are vital. About 90% of my customers prefer crates, because of the huge inventory save. My other 10% would prefer crates if they could readily afford them.
