Is there even a market for this stuff since it has changed? I collected some pretty nice carnivore (900+ to all the important stats) back two months ago and the guy I was selling it to quit the game. Just wondering if you guys see people buying it up anymore.

Oh, hell yes. The doctors love this stuff.
Although I think they prefer the non-BE. The BE stuff is too expensive to them.

It affects buffs. (It buffs the wound healing skill which is what decides the level of the doctor's buff)

Easy answer: Yes it does
Long answer: It actually gets applied before the clothing. So lets say you skill in wound treatment is +100, and your clothing is +25. So it would look like this: +100/+125. But then lets say you take some +10 bivoli. Then it looks like this: +110/+135.
