...for Neutron Pixie that is a food item? I'm not smart with the chef profession.
If there isn't then is there anything that might increase all action stats, or all health stats? I'm in desperate need of some fooooood like that.

Closest is Garrmorl, with additives, expect about +380 Health, Con, Str for 35-45mins, 18 uses, 49 filling.
