need to be able to put this high-ham armor on. got my doctor buff but the mind is in the way. is food the way to go? if so, what kinds and where do i get it?

There's a chef spreadsheet around here somewhere.... Let me see if I have it handy... nope, no such luck. Check some of the stickies at the top of the forum. You'll see it there. SciguyCo is wonderful.
That is, if you're looking for food. If drink would be an option, then the answer for that is Vassarian Brandy.

How much do you need? A single non-enhanced Vagnerian Canape will buff your Focus/Willpower around +350 for 10m, certainly long enough to put on armor. If you need more, you can eat at least two of those (three if the chef experimented the filling enough). If you need even more, you can also add a couple Vasarian Brandies which buff Mind, Focus and willpower +210 each. If you need even more (and this would be either really heavy armor or you have incredibly low focus/willpower) you can also get those in an enhanced version: +700ish F/W for each canape and +400ish M/F/W for each brandy (a total of +2200 to focus and willpower if you eat/drink two of each)
