Alright i have been looking at the spread sheets and things as i was looking for Heatlth and Action food buffs.

I came to realize there wasn't reallymuch in the way of health and action pools though i did come accross the Bofa Treat and the Blob Candy which are both able to be eaten by us players. Though their enhance was only about 30-60 but their filling was low. I also noticed that they could take a light additive which i was wondering would actually affect it enough to get the buff up to maybe 80+ enhance w/ 10 or lower filling?

If anyone has tried this and would be willing to share with me their outcome it would be great. OR if you haven't tried it and want to give it a whirl that would be just as great. This would be a great help to me as something like this would come in quite handy. Even if the enhance was only +450 for Health and Actionor so total (considering the filling was 10 and you took 5 bofa treats and blob candy).

Thanks to all that help in advance!

You're in luck (well, at least once the experimentation changes get rolled back tomorrow). The devs changed Vercupti (+500ish Health/Action/Mind) in this publish from a pet-only food to one players can eat.

It does have a couple drawbacks, though. First, it has a fairly high filling (low-to-mid 60s). Second it has a fairly short duration (8-10m). One bonus of it, though, is that it can take heavy additives. A heavy nutrition additive can put the buff into the +1200 range. A heavy duration additive could get the buff length up to around 15 or 16m. In most regards, it's the equivalent of Breath of Heaven, except it's a food and buffs pool stats instead of usage. So if you were looking for a long-duration buff, it might not be what you're looking for. But if you want a quick boost right before battle, it might work for you.

Your other options are the Health/Action drinks equivalent to Vasarian Brandy. Unenhanced Accaragm should give you +220 to Action/Quickness/Stamina for around 40m, and the filling is low enough to drink 2. Garrmorl buffs Health/Strength/Stamina, but the recipe is currently bugged (buff and duration depend on PE and Flavor, but its only resources are scaly hide and bone which don't have those stats) so you probably won't be able to find one more than +160ish for 36m. The filling should still be able to get under 50, though.

Unless a chef has access to a cheap BE (or makes his/her own) I don't know if you'll be able to get enhanced artisan foods. Getting the filling below 10 is pretty easy (even without an additive), but you'd be looking at a buff in the high 60s or low 70s. That'd still give you +325 or so (if you take 5 of each) for around 35m, but you'd be going through almost an entire stack each time you rebuffed.

Thanks for the reply! I really appreciate it.

Sounds like Vercupti will be the way to go. As much as i would like a longer Duration like the artisan foods would have gave me, taking a full stack of them (or about) each buff would be rediculous.

Thanks for the info and my hope has come true!
