I am Chef armoursmith i cannot wear armour everytime I leave my house i get incapped and when i try to visit my installations triple incapped by hurton pups etc etc

publish 17 promised camo packs I did a vendor search galaxy wide and founf the grand total of 3 dant camo packs somewhere on corellia so i got them.. i tried them ok they work for about 30 secs and against about 2 hurtons before i'm visable and incapped...they promised that the CU would not affect crafters..well it bloody does..I have gone thru 3 chefs aprons this week and guess what the cloners done work anymore either you try to clone and you get "you cannot see that object"

I've just about had it I cant play artisan anymore without 2 body guards...what a pile of bollox.

Anyone have any ideas to help?

Well this one you might not like, move off dantooine, move to Naboo or Corellia.

I know how you feel though, hard to play my chef sometimes due to similar issues.

Get a storage droid, never keep your crafting clothes in your inventory unless you are using them. I keep mine in my storage droid taking them out only to use them ( and always do that now at my house, no more crafting out by my factories for convenience. ).

Well, periods, capitalizing the start of sentencesand line breaks might be one place to start.

1) If you get the "you cannot see that object" when attempting to clone, target the clone station and type /clone. The line-of-sight code is a little flakey sometimes with static objects, but /clone should always work.

2) Unlesss something has seriously changed, you shouldn't have "gone thru 3 chefs aprons". You can still equip clothing at 0 condition and get the benefit of any skill mods. Plus, you can leave your crafting clothes in your shop (or in a storage droid) and they won't decay when you die. If that's too much trouble, insure them to slow the decay down.

3) Camo packs are going to take a while to get ramped up for mass production. And a possible improvement to them might be to try taking a Terrata (+20-25 camoflage) before applying one to yourself. The resource requirements for that food suck, though.

4) Find a level 80 combat player to invite you into a group. This gives you the benefit of the damage reduction (since the group's CL is 80) against mobs, and you don't even have to be close to the other guy.

5) This is a long shot, but if you're in a multiplayer vehicle and a mob aggros, who get's hit? If it's the driver, this may make the "hire a bodyguard" suggestion easier, since the passengers get a "meat shield" and almost anything a crafter needs to do can be done while mountedon a vehicle (although I'm not sure if the same applies when you're a passenger).
