If not there is no reason to make any more than one type of food anymore.
This destroys diversity in the Chef profession. I'll be making nothing but Kliso Swirl and maybe some ruby bliel or other things that are unrelated to combat.

Yes.
You can stack Kwilik Clusjo Swirl + Breath of Heaven for increased action regen.
No idea if it actually caps however.

If you hold your mouse over the icon for the buff, it will show the percentage.

This is incorrect. Since publish 17 mods are not longer stackable,
If you use Brandy and then use some blob candy the candy will cancel out the effects of the brandy. I am not sure if this was intended or a side effect of the spice stack fix(they same thing happes with spice take a muon gold and then a pixie the pixe undoes the muon).

I hope they do fix this issue. We were able to stack foods and drinks for 2 years(even able to use mutiple hits of one type of food)

yeah, you can't stack food and drink now. my combat character got incapped so i figureda vasarian and a kiwik would get her back into the killing again a little faster.so i ate the kiwik, then drank the brandy and wouldn't you know only the brandy stuck. some beach!
