Anyways what is the 100S on the food/drink?
is it How long the buff lasts, or lets say u get 94 health, it takes 100seconds to get 94 health buff?

The seconds listed on food/drink indicates it's duration.
If you eat/drink something that gives you a boost to HAM, it'll take time, based on your Constitution, Stamina, Mind (depending on which HAM is buffed) to regenerate up to your new, buffed level.
When the duration runs out, you lose the buffed amount.
