Thread: Why Milk Anyways?
Just curious if anyone knew the origins behind this "milk"?
Why was it put in the game in the first place if we're never going to get any?
I have read & read across he forums for days & seen screenshots of milk, it DOES Exist (or atleast at one time it did), Its just hard as heII to get & even harder to use since You need so much of it to use & then you need to experiment it all away.
What I read is that You can get it from Loots mostly, I didnt see any patterns of who to kill, Just that most got it from loot, Noone said For Sure that they had Foraged it!
However, I did manage to make a T'illa Tilla, and was instantly disappointed
To answer the original question,
During beta, they had things called creature farms...or maybe animal farms. With these farms you could produce milk, eggs (which was used a lot more in bio-engineer and chef schematics), some rare meats and I think a few other things. Actually, they were given out free to players so they could test harvesters, but the schematics for creature farms were never in the architechts skill tree.
Then they removed the creature harvester all together but, I guess, never had the time to put in something else to take it's place.
In other words...they goofed.
I made a Denelian Fizz Pudding once....of course thevendor stockroom ate it before I had a chance....hooray for SWG..
Eddy
Hey Eddy, I've got all the foods that require Milk made up and in my house (I managed to get a decent amount of it).
If you want to give them a look, just drop me a line and I'll give you access rights and a WP whenever I log back in, assuming that my house is still there (as I haven't logged in for about 3-4 days... no reason to).
