Can you make foods that give stat increases to health and action?

Every chef I have come across is just pumpin out mind brandy and canapes. As a smuggler I use muon gold a lot, and I know that food stacks with muon but when i get incapped its not from depleted mind pool its usually from action as my current pistol has a crazy action cost (but i like it as it does loads of damage) so I dont need brandy I need food for action and health stats.

Can you make it ? and what is it called ?

Garrmorl for health

They are comparable to Brandy - I have had some requests for them from within the guild so I'll probably prepare some crates. Although they stack I suppose that doctor buffs (which last 2 hours and are easier to get than entertainer buffs)are competing with this stuff to a degree.
