Admittedly, the batch I made was only +9, but I am yet to get anything less than great while under it's effects.

I use it every time I make a schematic. I must say I haven't seen a noticeable increase in Amazing Successes but I've only had one non-great success since I started using it (probably about 14-16 schematics). Mine is 8 to experiment success at the moment.
