does anyone know of or have a list of what additives to use on each food for best outcome???
just asking cause sometimes i dont know when i should be using nutri , flavor , or fill additives

That's part of being a chef... you're supposed to figure it out. 
Kinda ruins the fun in my opinion if someone else tells you how to craft. /shrug

now lark i give u bumps on our trade forum cause your a damn good chef and i have even sent u a pm to try and learn a bit something from u and u sitll refuse to help me out

LoL. See my above answer. I figured it out all my own (twice mind you - post & pre-cu) and personally I had (and have) lots of fun doing it. And yes, I'm still figuring things out! (see my posts about frustration with tilla till if you don't believe me)
I'm sure somebody will answer your question here though so not to worry if you'd rather not figure it out yourself. 
PS Don't say I never helped you either! Itold you what additives to use on your Parwan and told you that if you really didn't want to sell me the milk after all you could keep it.

yes i will give u that i had forgotten that
my appoligies
and the whole reason i kept it was cause after i got 100K or so of it , the amount of time i spent doing it was no longer worth it to me to sell
but without a doubt if u see meats spawn and need em send me a tell i got an army of creature harvesters to help me with that 
besides they enjoy the $$ for their help plus the exp they get
