Do i really need to be a BE to be a good chef? or can i just buy the additives? and another question, is it better to use like light food additive on some special food or shall i use heavy all the time??

Yes you need BE tissues to compete and offer variety to your customer, no you dont have to make them yourself but you do need to have a steady supply and that means either A) yourself B) a really good BE. INN are not the only tissues you will be using INN/BSN/MSN are the most common but you will also have some foods that benefit from other tissues.

ok, what skills do i need in BE to make these? i have tried but i cant seem to find out wich skill u need.

If you know a BE who can supply you with INN (and maybe the other heavy nutrients), you can get away with 0404 BE. (Also, note you will NOT need a 12pt suit for BE tissues, 10pt is enough to cap).

Personally I think it comes down to time. I am x4x4 BE but still buy my tissues as I don't have the time to make them and fill my vendors....if I had one small shop then maybe I would as it would save money...
