While grinding today,i decided to try some crispic for the first time since the cu hit...
Ate a good portion, upping my melee accuray from 170 to 242,and immideately i started missing like i was blind on both eyes?
So it seemed to me it not only didnt work, but that it infact made me less accurate!?
Is there a known issue with this ,or was it just some random coincidence/bad bad bad luck?
Figured u guys would know this better then anyone,so any feed back on this would be nice

The accuracy works for me, though I would imagine you would see little difference in "to hit" ratios if the enemy's defence rating was lower than your original attack stats in the first place.
The best way to test it out (if you dare!) is to use it while fighting mobs with significant defence stats; Nekrosis, or the CL111 mobs on dantooine are great for this. I find my "to hit" rolls are a lot more effective when using crispic.
