Hi, I have a chef on Scylla and I had a very peculiar problem March 26th, 2005. I was crafting Durindfire to provide a little variety on my vendor as we all know its not a hot selling drink. All of my resources were very good except my crystalline gemstone. When I made it I noticed I had just a 7% experimentation on nutritional value. I blamed it on the crystalline gemstone which only had 794 OQ and something like 300 Decay Resistance so I managed to find some crystalline gemstone with 966 OQ and something like 940 DR. Armed with this new crystalline gemstone, I proceeded to attempt to make the Durindfire again. I made it and it came out to at least 25% experimentation nutritional value. I was rather happy and proceeded to experiment away to approach the+20 Defense Vs Stun stat which Durindfire does. All of a sudden, the game did a weird error: Internal Server Error: Can not find prototype or somesuch error. After this occured my chef could not craft anything at all. I logged out and back in and still a problem. I waited a few hours and tried to craft with the uber gemstone and now it thinks its the cruddy kind I had before. What is going on here? Anybody have information that can help me? Is this actually a technical error or does Durindfire cap out at +16.8?

Using close to perfect resources, my durindfire comes out around 16-17 i belive. The 7% experimentation is due to the fact that the schematic has oq and pe for nutrition, but none of the resource used have a pe value.

Thanks, I thought I was the only one who had this issue. *sigh* I wish the high stat gemstone could make a difference. I can use the cruddy kind and get the same result which I find odd because 966 OQ > 764 OQ.

Devs, please fix Durindfire! Apparently I can use the cruddiest crystalline gemstone and get the same thing as the best crystalline gemstone found on the server. This is great for new chefs but not if I want to improve my product.
