Ok I know it needs the flavor additive to make recover bonus of 90% or higher...

My question is with this food what is the Nutrition stat used for?

I think it is for taking less ham when burst running?

You're right, its how much ham a burst run costs.

In the days of buffs it means nothing, could be more important after the CU.

Ok coolio thanks gotta get to work on it tonight then I think I can get some pretty decent stuff with my resouces 90% recovery with 20fil not sure on the NUT though.
