OK, I am 2pts away from being 12pt chef. I just made a full run of Medium Additive (the tissues) and a full run of Heavy Additive (the tissues). Now I am starting a business with a chef/architect/BE friend of mine and I was wondering to start making some profit what should I sell first, and how much of it at a time? (ie: a full run of brandy or a half a run of brandy?)
I dont know if this matters or not but I didnt have to pay for the tissues I supplied resources and got a schematic so that only cost 10k (small tip to the BE since I only have about 80k)
Thank you for your help, sorry if this has been asked a million times but I dont have time to go through and search and what not.

I would work on the basics first. Ahrisa, Canape, Brandy, Air Cake, PIkatta Pie, etc... When I first started out as a chef, I did runs of 250-500 just to get a feel of what would sell.

Add to that list Synthsteak, Citros Snow Cake, Ithorian Mist, and Thaktillo. And don't forget to stock some of the minor foods (just a crate or two) just in case someone is interested.

99% of what i sell is Brnady and Canape..I make some very nice stuff priced at above my servers market but i always have it when its needed..Its just hard getting your name and location of your vendors out there..If your stuffs not the best, price it a bit low..if its the best price it high...this seems to work for everyone starting the profession...
I've been a chef for over a year and a half..in my prime when i only cooked and did not have a combat toon i would make 1-2 million a day monday - thursays and 3-5 million friday - sunday...now i have steped back a bit and i'm about half that now...but the better your foods are the better they will sell...ESP is you sell something that no one else can make...my #1 seller so far is 403 52min 24s 49% filling brandy...it sells at 180K a crate and the market is 150k a crate...I only use 87 med and 117 heavys ( i would use better but its used only in my private stock and almost never hits my vendors)
O and if you really want a leg up on the little man only make 12 point amazing schematics...you will get a exta few points and a exta 45-60 seconds to the buff..this really seems to mater to most people who buy from me..

focus on brandy, ahrisa, canape, bivoli, and sythsteak untill you have a decent profit, then start producing other foods, although i'd say 80% of my sales are those 4

Definately make thakitillo as well. If you have a good PVP population on your serverit will fly off your shelves, and it doesn't take much to make. Price it to go and you will be known. Which means more traffic to your store and more impulse buying. The advice from these other chefs will give you a great start, but don't leave your PvP'rs and jedi out in the cold, as they seem to pay the best

Parwan Nutricake is the Burst Run Efficency food. The Pikatta Pie gives a dodge bonus.
