hi i just found a fruit deposit thats giving me 994 OQ, PE 48, can u tell me what kind of prices that should be selling at?

About 1 cpu, since the PE of 48 is horrendous. It'll be useful for subcomponents and/or grinding, but that's about it.

Well, chef customers almost always look at buff power first, and for almost all foods buff power is determined by PE. So that fruit won't be any good in recipes that depend on quality resources.

It can be sold as a component resource, though. Food components don't have any effect on the final food, so most chefs pick up cheap grind quality stuff for them. Bantha butter uses Fruits, so we'd buy it for that. Probably wouldn't pay more than 1-3 cpu, though. Different servers have different "market prices" for grind quality resources.
