Ok, I asked this in another thread but got no response so I am making my own thread. I have been enjoying fishing recently and find when I filet the fish I catch I get fish resource containers. Do chefs need fish? I looked at a thread in here that supposedly showed the ingredients needed for each recipe as well as the buffs they provide and didn't see fish listed at all as an ingredient. But I thought I had heard that fish was needed for certain recipes.

So what's the scoop, people?

Alisa, I'm only a novice chef, so I don't know if any of the further recipes call for fish or not.

However, a good friend of mine is a Bio-engineer, and one of his components for 'chiagra' is 'seafood', and the fish filets work for that component.

Yes, Alisa, we can use fish. Fish qualify as a meat or an organic ingredient. While recipes calling for these items do not necessarily call for "fish" per se, we can indeed use your prize catches in our food!

The quality of some of the fish is actually quite good - if you happen to be on Flurry, I'll buy your fish without question!

Don't let people tell you fishing is useless...it's entertaining and fun to try! Perhaps I'll even sponsor a fishing derby someday...
