Bivoli Tempari does.
And as closer as you can get to +25 Wound Treatment on those, better the effect will be.

Yes Bivoli. However, there is a thread in this forum that discusses the effectiveness of 20% vs 24% vs 25% etc. It is worth reading.
But the jist is, 24.0 % is not any better thn 24.99 % not till you break 25% is there an increase. Even 23% is not much different than 24%
Most commonly, the food comes in 2 uses. But there are 3 uses out there. Don't worry about the filling, if you just buffing in a city for cash. However, the duration is important. Longer the better 15 min +
