when did they nerf vas. brandy? to only use talus resources?

its always said it requires talus fruits/berries, a lot of schematics say they are made with planet resources, but any can still be put in it.

No, he's at least sorta right. It has never said that it "requires" planet specific ingredients, but talusian berries and fruits have always been in the description and have always been listed underneath the ingredient slots in a way that would make one think they're required. Way back in the days when it was a 4 minute quickness buff (with a focusneg if you didn't at *least* use kfd as your alcohol, lol) I flew from corellia to talus to hand sample fruit and berries to try out my new drink. Imagine my suprise when all the fruit and berries in my inventory showed up in the ingredient filter
